Welcome to Cottrixs.com. These Terms of Service (Terms, Agreement) govern your use of our website, products, and services (collectively, the Service or Services). By accessing or using Cottrixs.com, placing an order, or in any way interacting with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the Service. 

1. Definitions & Parties

  • We, us, our, Cottrixs refer to Cottrixs.com or the legal entity owning/operating it.

  • You, your, customer, user refers to any person who visits, uses, or places an order through the website.

  • Product(s) means clothing, accessories, or other goods offered via Cottrixs.com.

  • Order refers to your request to purchase Product(s) from us under these Terms.

2. Eligibility & Account

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use this Service.

  • If you open an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, and to maintain/update it as needed.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

  • You may not share, transfer, or assign your account to others without our prior consent.

3. Products, Orders, & Acceptance

  • All product listings, descriptions, images, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

  • We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including insufficient stock, pricing errors, or payment issues.

  • Your order is only accepted when we send you an order confirmation email (or similar) after successful payment processing.

  • Until acceptance and dispatch, we may cancel or modify your order (and will notify you accordingly).

4. Pricing, Payment & Taxes

  • Prices displayed on the site are as of the time of display. They include or exclude taxes/shipping as expressly stated.

  • You agree to pay all amounts due, including product cost, applicable taxes, shipping/handling, and any other charges.

  • Payments may be made via credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, or other payment methods supported.

  • You represent and warrant that your payment method is valid, and you have the right to use it.

  • We may charge an additional convenience fee (e.g. ₹50 processing fee) or adjust refund amounts; such charges will be disclosed in our refund policy.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We aim to process orders within 1–2 business days.

  • Estimated delivery is 5 to 7 business days from dispatch (unless otherwise stated).

  • These are estimates; delays may occur due to courier service, natural events, or other factors beyond our control.

  • Risk of loss and title to Products transfer to you when the goods are handed over to the courier or carrier.

6. Return, Refund & Exchange

  • Our Return & Refund Policy (linked or included) governs returns, refunds, and exchanges.

  • In brief, you may be eligible for returns/exchanges within a specified time (e.g. 7 days) if the Product is unused, with original tags/packaging, and meets eligibility criteria.

  • A processing/deduction fee (e.g. ₹50) may apply, as described in that policy.

  • Refunds will be made via original payment method or as store credit, per policy.

7. Cancellations

  • You may cancel an Order only prior to dispatch.

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible; you must follow the return process after delivery.

  • In case we cancel your order, we will refund the amount (less any applicable fees as per policy) within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on Cottrixs.com (text, graphics, logos, images, designs, software) is owned by or licensed to Cottrixs.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, or publicly display any portion of the site without our prior written consent (except for your own personal, non‑commercial use).

  • Trademarks, branding, and domain names are protected.

9. User Content & Feedback

  • If you submit reviews, comments, feedback, or other content (“User Content”), you grant us a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, modify, publish, or distribute it.

  • You must ensure your User Content: (a) is your own or you have rights to it, (b) does not infringe any third-party right, (c) is not defamatory, harassing, or unlawful.

  • We have the right (but not obligation) to remove or refuse any User Content that violates these Terms.

  • We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason (e.g. violation of Terms), without prior notice.

  • Upon termination, your rights to use the Service cease.

  • Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. Intellectual Property, Indemnity, Limitations, Governing Law) will continue to apply.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
