  • Estimated delivery time: 5 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch.

  • Delivery timelines may vary slightly based on your location, weather conditions, or courier service delays.

Note: Remote or non-serviceable areas may experience longer delivery times.


3. Shipping Charges

  • We offer free standard shipping on all prepaid orders over ₹[30] (if applicable).

  • A nominal shipping fee of ₹[30] may apply on COD (Cash on Delivery) orders or orders below the minimum threshold.

  • All applicable shipping charges will be visible during checkout.


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your email or SMS.

  • You can track your shipment using the tracking number provided via our courier partner's website.

  • If you do not receive tracking details within 3 days of order placement, please contact us.


5. Delivery Partners

  • We partner with reputed national and regional courier services to ensure timely and secure delivery.

  • Some common delivery partners include: Delhivery, Blue Dart, Ekart, India Post, Xpressbees, etc.


6. Delays & Exceptions

  • Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to:

    • Natural disasters, strikes, or unforeseen external events

    • Peak sale seasons or holidays

    • Courier-related issues

  • Cottrixs is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers but will assist you in resolving any delivery issues.


7. Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address, pin code, and contact information are accurate at checkout.

  • Cottrixs is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


8. Undelivered or Returned Orders

  • If an order is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery attempts (e.g., unavailability, incorrect address), we will contact you.

  • Re-shipping may incur additional shipping charges.


9. International Shipping

  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

  • Orders can only be delivered within India.
