1. Delivery Time

2. Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love what you wear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange as per the terms below:

Note: Items that are used, damaged, or missing tags may not be accepted.

3. Refunds

Upon approval and receipt of returned items, refunds are processed within 3–7 business days.

A ₹50 processing fee will be deducted from your refund amount. This covers handling and payment gateway charges.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.
4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for shipping the product back unless the return is due to:

6. Order Cancellation

7. Initiating Returns

After approval, ship the item back using a reliable courier service, with tracking.
